We begin by sourcing a massive amount of content from TikTok/Instagram creators. We find creators based on the brand’s past performance, and their preference. We reach out to 200-300 creators each week, inviting them to make content in return for a gifted product.
This produces the most authentic content you have ever seen, which allows you to stand out from the ocean of scripted, salesy content plaguing your feed.
Once content begins arriving (within 2-3 weeks), we begin producing creatives.
After excessive research into your brand, your customer opinion, and your competitors, we identify a few angles that we focus on in the creatives. From the arrival of the first pieces of content, we deliver 8-15 creatives per week (based on spend).
After we have tested our primary angles, we identify those that customers are showing most interest in. In subsequent tests, we then dive deeper into winning angles to find out what specifically is bringing customers in, and develop new angles we see potential for.
Moving forward, we iterate the briefs and communication in the content sourcing to reflect what is winning.

Most creative agencies have a network of creators they work with. They choose from a pool of 200 creators.
We find creators bespoke for every client from the social platforms themselves. Aside from prerequisites such as their ability to create content, we look at how well they speak to their audience about specific products, and match that with the brand.
Most agencies offer a deal to creators straight off the bat. In our experience, this creates a transactional relationship that leads to scripted, salesy content that performs a dime a dozen.
Instead, we approach creators with a ‘product-for-content’ opportunity at first. Once a creator agrees to this, we know they are not just looking for a quick pay-day, but are interested in a long-term partnership with the brand instead. This leads to highly genuine content, that reflects it’s authenticity in it’s performance.
Unlike any other creative agency, because we find creators on their social accounts, we ask them to post their content organically, as well as granting usage rights for ads.
This allows us to see how well they can speak to their audience about the product, as well as how their audience perceives the content they create. We can judge if this is a creator who should be promoting this product.
